As the Millennium’s first decade comes to a close, we would like to take the opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks for keeping Cunard Queens your loyal company.
Special thanks to anyone who took the time to dig in archives and photo albums. Without your contributions and stories, our fan page, the websites, galleries and blog would not be the same. Thank you for helping us to keep the memory of our beloved ships alive.
2010 was an exciting year for the Cunard family with the arrival of the new Queen Elizabeth, and 2011 will start with a bit of a bang, the Three Queens Royal Rendezvous in New York on January 13.
We are working on a few projects we hope to accomplish in 2011. Over the past couple of weeks Scott has redesigned the Cunard Queens Home Page and is still adding some twists and tweaks. But foremost, we are very excited about the prospect of Scott completing and publishing the first volumes of ‘Voyages – RMS Queen Mary 1936 – 1967 Vol. 1-4’, a comprehensive transcript of the liner’s log books. Stay tuned for details.
We wish you all a very Happy New Year in fair weather and foul. May the new decade bring you everything you are looking for.
Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, keep your dreams alive and keep reaching for the stars!
Gabriele, Scott & Everette
