Following my recent post about rare QE2 footage from 1982, let’s step back another decade and into the 70′s. The film ‘Eine Stadt auf dem Meer – A Floating City’ is from 1973 and tells the story of a Transatlantic Crossing in the 70s. The narration is in German but I am sure for any QE2 lover the footage will be a treat, as you can see original features that disappeared in the following refits.
